There's no clear sign from the street, but this place is located on the 2nd floor, right above the clothing store. You have to ring the doorbell to get in. There's no real line-up, but I've been here twice and seen two girls...

This was my 2nd time here, and this time I got a girl named Angela. She was friendly, very professional, and from my prior experience I thought maybe I'd only get a decent massage.
She started on my shoulders, applied good pressure, overall was giving a very legit massage with no teasing or hints at extras. This time I took the initiative, and put my hand on her leg. At first she pulled away, but when she came around to the front to massage my back, she leaned over and let her breasts hang over my head, so I knew there might be a possibility of more here. So I went for it again, and this time she let me feel up her legs, but pulled away once I tried to go in for the V.
Still, she was very polite, and this kind of on-again off-again teasing made me really hard when I flipped. She smiled at me, worked my legs a bit, but my raging clue was not going away.. so she obliged, and gave me a decent HJ with baby oil.
Overall it was a decent massage, with a good HE... I'm wondering if they will give more, I might have to come back more times to find out.

My first time at health 1st. I like the offbeat vibe of the place, birdcage in front, frumpy furnishings, old woman in charge who said,"We have an unannounced guest." I was introduced to Linda, a Latina, and a Caucasian woman (the Ethiopian attendant had left for the day). I chose Linda, who I found quite attractive. Dark hair and eyes, pretty face, in her 30s, nice B cups. Since it was our first meeting she was a bit reticent, which led to a lukewarm session. She started the shower and then left to change into a dress. I had to wait a bit before she returned to start the massage. She used unscented oils, a light touch, slow pace. The best part was when she massaged my feet. She applied more pressure there. Overall the massage was uninspired. Standard NOVA on the flip, then a heated towel, and another trip to the shower.
I'll visit earlier next time and will try someone else.
