Best Place to Monger Outside the US

I get this question from time to time...I am on a budget of around $2-3k, and I want to go to a third world country and drop some $$$ for a good time. Which countries offer the biggest bang for the buck (literally)?
This got me thinking. Mongo has been to many countries in his AMP filled life--from the Asian delegation of Cambodia, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Japan and Korea to the finest that Europe has to offer (Switzerland, Germany, France, Hungary, Czech) to Cental/South America (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina). Which one offers the most value-add?

I will let you guys debate it out and try to pick out your favorite spots and why.

As for me, my favorite spot in Asia is definitely:

Cambodia- Phnom Phen. 
There are literally 1000s of women on the streets looking to earn extra money coming up to you every 5 minutes. This place is definitely not a place for the timid. The girls here are very hot, barely any fat ones. They are also very young, if you are 21 and a working girl in Cambodia --you must not be doing something right. Alot of the girls are actually from Vietnam, which would be a close second in my book. Some of the girls are as cheap as $5 for FS. The reason I give the women of Cambodia above the other Asian regions are because:

Vietnam - speak mostly Vietnamese here. Hard to get around unless you are with a local (or speak Vietnamese)
China - communist country, could literally go to jail and be executed if you don't know what you're doing.
Japan - too expensive, girls are hotter though pound for pound
Korea - more expensive, not as expensive as Japan, but very exclusionary and ethnocentric. If you aren't Korean, good luck.
Thailand - always the possibility of getting a ladyboy and also HIV rates have risen here. This place is too commercialized.
Singapore - only have a small selection of girls, who are mostly Thai and Chinese anyways. Expensive.
Philippines and Malyasia/Indonesia - very dark complexion type of girls, sort of mysterious. Part of Angeles City are decent to monger in.

IMO Vietnamese women are the most beautiful women in the world. I'd advise against any shenanigans with boom boom girls though. The govt has cracked down on the sex industry--likely as a result of the effort to become a global economic player--and family run hotels can literally be shut down for allowing non-registered guests to stay in rooms. Current rates in Seoul, Korea are $63 for a FS short time in one of their few remaining Amsterdam-like red light districts with women in windows (Miari or Cheongyangni). If you're not Korean, or at least Asian looking, most providers will ignore you - you'll have better luck going at off times when they're no Korean males around to see you defile their women. In talking further with this AMP, she lives in a surburban area outside of LOS Angeles. She has one teenage child to support, her other childen are growen and living out of the home. She is new as a MT, she is paying off her school bill while supporting herself and child. She refuses to do any HE's or other acts, she is trying to stay legit but admits that she could make over $4000 per month if she did those sexual acts. She is dependent on the tips as she receives little of the house money, no customers=no pay. I agree that we pay a high dollar figure for what we get but where else are you going to get the service you want, from a local girlfriend? Wife?? Agree with redd65, Vietnam and Thailand are best for the money BUT you should always play safe (healthwise) at these places. The authorities are either looking the other way or already got paid, so no need to worry about raids. If anyone wants to go on a cheap vacation and have lots of fun go to the Philippines and stay in Angeles City. You can't go wrong. Plenty of places in Manila area too that cost a little more, but still very cheap by American standards. I'll be there next week for work. Be careful though, it's very easy to fall in love with the women. And of course if you do they could easily scam you. I know from experince. Philippines for me. Stay in Manilla if you want a higher quality gal that speaks good english and is educated. The night clubs in Quezon City are out of this world. You need a driver to take you around. If you have a Filipino friend who is single and offers to show you a good time over there then by all means go. It's also very easy to pick up a FIlipina gal in a mall or other location. They are very smitten with Americans. They see green. Greencard and green money. If you go to the seedier clubs in the neighborhoods or the provinces, many girls speak very limited english and are not educated. Most are not good looking. Whatever you do in any club you go to, do NOT put ice in your beer to make it cold. The water for the ice is not filtered and thus you will spend 3 days in your hotel room losing 15 lbs. I love Thailand.....both Bangkok and Phuket Island. Life is very good there. Just be a little patient and selective and you can find a LBFM to your liking. I lived and traveled in Asia and I would have a hard time picking the 'best' country for mongering. Had cheap massages($5-6) in Bali, Vietnam, and Cambodia but extras are extra as you might imagine. I will always have a soft spot in my heart for Thai ladies. I have had some great experiences with them. Ladyboys? Just look at their fingers. In my opinion, Canada offers the biggest bang for the buck. I spent a week in Montreal and for about $120 for an hour you get beautiful college aged women who really know how to please. I have no experience in any Asian country so I can't speak to that. I've spent most of my time in the US but if it wasn't for Canada I never would have got hooked. I have been to England, which was okay but not quite as good as Canada or the States. If I were to pick a country other than the US it would definitely be our neighbor to the north!
